In a shocking twist to last Saturday's 2nd Annual Invitational Tagteam Cup....WrestleOhio won the match, the trophy, and possibly the entire company. RCW is in jeopardy ladies and gentlemen....Right now there is only 1 person that can stop them and that's RCW President, AL SNOW. More on this below as we give you detailed results from the entire show. Pictures available HERE on our Facebook.

The 2nd Annual
RCW INVITATIONAL TAGTEAM CUP RESULTS

RCW Ring Announcer hosted the event with Ace Gigolo and RangerBob on commentary. Loony made his way out to the ring to show off the 2nd annual Tagteam Cup Trophy.

FIRST ROUND MATCH: BLACK IRISH SAINTS VS THE BLACK AND BLUE CREW
These two teams were no strangers to each other. This match was a hard hitting brawl. Tommy Chill and Cyrus Poe had waited a long time to get back into an RCW ring and had something to prove to the current RCW Tagteam Champions (DDK & Devlin Anderson). In the end though, The Black Irish Saints won out to a disgruntled Poe and Chill. Black Irish Saints advance.

FIRST ROUND MATCH: PRETTY IN PINK VS WRESTLEOHIO
What would make RCW fans cheer "Pretty Boy" Jimmy Malloy and "Captivating" Corey Mason of Pretty in Pink? Put them against WrestleOhio. Jock Samson & Tyson Rogers with The Mastermind & Sara (and Keith Hamblin) at ringside. First WrestleOhio offered to let PIP leave the ring. PIP refused and took the fight to them. In the end though WrestleOhio came out on top and advanced to the next round.

FIRST ROUND MATCH: ADRENALINE X VS TRIK NASTY & JASON LEGEND
Adrenaline X were favorites going into this tournament being the winners of last years 1st annual Cup. Many wondered how Juggulator would fit into this match and whose side he would be on. Juggulator did not make it and was replaced by Trik Nasty. Many may take that he sided with Adrenaline X, refusing to go against them or maybe he refused to choose sides at all. Regardless, Jason Legend took his place and he and Trik took it too the former Champions. "American Idol" Dirk Extreme came out during the match and stole Simon back with Trik in hot pursuit....leaving Legend to the sharks. Adrenaline X capitalized on the situation and Ron Mathis and Devon Maximus advanced to the 2nd Round of the tournament.

FIRST ROUND MATCH: MURDER CITY DEVILS VS FLASH FURY & ECLIPSO
Cross and Cash (MCD) use to be one the most feared teams in the tri state before parting ways. They were going up against the new team of Flash Fury and Eclipso. Eclipso and Fury showed great teamwork as did The Murder City Devils but something was off with the Devils. An underlying tone of resentment. Fury and Eclipso barely got by the MCD's. After the match Cole Cash attacked his partner (Bryan Cross) and said that was why they broke up in the first place. Fury and Eclipso came to Cross's aid. Fury and Eclipso Advance.

KEITH HAMBLIN VS HEAVY METAL
These two went to war again. This time Hamblin had all of WrestleOhio at his disposal. That didn't intimidate Metal though as he seemed to have Hamblin beat when the other members of WrestleOhio jumped in the ring and attacked Metal causing Hamblin to get DQ'd. Heavy Metal had to be helped to the back. No update on his condition at this time.

SEMI-FINAL MATCH: THE BLACK IRISH SAINTS VS WRESTLEOHIO
The Black Irish Saints looked to be primed and ready to win this tournament but a force known as The Black & Blue Crew made sure that did not happen. Poe and Chill attacked the Saints, allowing WrestleOhio to pick up a cheap win. After the match, Loony came out and publicly told Poe and Chill that they were banned from RCW.

SEMI-FINAL MATCH: ADRENALINE X VS FLASH FURY & ECLIPSO These two teams had a great high flying quick-paced bout. Adrenaline X showed why they were winners of last years tournament with their great tagteam skills but they might have been a little overconfident as Fury and Eclipso got the surprise win and advanced to the FINALS.

RCW HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH: CHAD CRUISE (c) VS "AMERICAN IDOL" DIRK EXTREME
"American Idol" Dirk Extreme had Simon back and said that he was now refusing Trik Nasty's Cage Match at RCW 100 because Nasty no longer had anything he needed. After tonight he was sure he would be the RCW Heavyweight Champion. Extreme broke out many moves that we haven't seen him do since the early days of RCW but it still wasn't enough to put Cruise away. Chad Cruise refused to be beaten. Trik Nasty came to ringside and took Simon back into his possession. Dirk didn't know what to do, but it was too late as Cruise had him in the Backpack Stunner thus winning and retaining the title.

FINAL TOURNAMENT MATCH: FLASH FURY & ECLIPSO VS WRESTLEOHIO
This match was for not only the prestige in winning the tournament or the for the trophy itself but the winner would get any 1 match of their choice. Flash Fury and Eclipso was on the verge of winning when Jock Samson seemed to get injured. WrestleOhio threw Keith Hamblin in as a replacement. Loony, Mike Horton argued with the referee but the contract stated WRESTLEOHIO and didn't specify members. Eclipso and Fury still dominated until Samson's "injury" disappeared and he jumped into the action behind the referee's back and helped Tyson and Hamblin capture the Victory. WrestleOhio celebrated and Mastermind and Sara unveiled their MASTER PLAN. The match they chose: At RCW 100 they want WrestleOhio to take on RCW President, Al Snow and a partner of his choosing for the ownership of RCW. If WrestleOhio wins, RCW's darkest days are ahead...... The Black Irish Saints came to the ring and offered to put their belts on the line on March 10th against WrestleOhio. Match was made.
