DETAILED RESULTS
The night started off with Co-Commissioner Chris Smith in the ring who was then interrupted by The SWF. Andy Runyon unveiled the SWF Heavyweight Championship and issued a challenge to Dirk Extreme. Runyon said that Dirk was never even good enough to ever fight for this belt years back in the SWF and now was no different. Mastermind entered the fray and chastised Smith for letting things get this far out of control and he was confident in what the Phoenix would decide regarding the Commissionership tonight. Trik Nasty and Tank called a couple guys out of the back that they were interested in recruiting for the SWF. Nic Wrath and Ace Gigolo were brought out and offered spots in the SWF. Both were told that they needed to come up with an answer before the end of the night. DDK then came out and challenged Andy Runyon for the SWF title.
ANDY RUNYON VS DDK FOR THE SWF TITLE
Runyon pelted DDK in the beginning with a fury of shots until Kass dodged a punch and exited the ring. The two then went back and forth in the ring. The masked individual that debuted at Road to Injection returned to the ringside once again. His plan backfired as DDK ended up getting distracted rather than Runyon. Runyon picked up the win.
RICOCHET VS THE DEBUT OF "SIMPLY STUNNING" BUCKY MONEY
Ricochet was expecting to face Meltdown but due to circumstances he was then placed against the debut of a new RCW trainee, Bucky Money. Money showed no fear in his first outing and took it to the masked ghoul. Ricochet showcased to everyone his ariel skills while Money showed off his natural pure wrestling skills. "Simply Stunning" was not to walk out the winner as he was caught off guard with a super-kick and Ricochet got the 3 count.
Exotica Inc. then walked to the ring and hassled what appeared to be a fan. They brought this fan into the ring and poked fun of his handicap. It turns out that this was no fan. This mentally disabled person was none other than Slammin Sammy. Mastermind came to the ring and signed Sammy to a waiver as he couldn't find him all night. Fabulous Frederick, Bobby L, and Exotic E continued to pick on Sammy until Nic Wrath came in to back up Sammy and challenge the 2 to a tagteam match.
EXOTICA INC. (FABULOUS FREDERICK & "BEAUTIFUL" BOBBY L) VS NIC WRATH & SLAMMIN' SAMMY
Wrath got the crowd solidly behind him as he punished both Bobby and Frederick with a barrage of dropkicks, back elbows, and clotheslines. Wrath however, was not sure of Sammy's wrestling skills so opted to try and wrestle the two alone to protect Sammy. The two became too much for Wrath to handle alone as they began to decimate Wrath in the ring. Wrath finally got an opportunity to tag and did. Slammin Sammy came into the ring and wowed everyone by really taking it to Exotica Inc. Frederick though pulled Sammy's cape over his head and we all learned quickly that Sammy is afraid of the dark. Sammy and Nic set Frederick up for the "heart-attack" but Wrath was tripped up by "E" and Bobby and pulled to the outside. In what had to be one of the strangest endings to a match anyone has ever seen...Sammy got Frederick in a airplane-spin. Sammy kept going until he passed out from dizziness with a passed out Frederick on top. Exotica Inc. got the win inadvertently. Exotica Inc then attacked both Wrath and Sammy until the SWF ran to the ring for the save. Right then and there they offered Nic his spot once again. Wrath accepted and became the newest member of the SWF.
Referee Sean King then led everyone into the 9/11 tribute that didn't leave a dry eye in the house. The crowd and wrestlers then all broke into a USA chant.
Excalibur minus Randy Allen then made their way to the ring. Chris Smith was also present. A message from the Phoenix was then played. The Phoenix appeared to be in some control center watching video tape of past RCW events. We all watched footage from Injection 2 where Chris Smith helped Andy Runyon with a table and then patted him on the back. The Phoenix then blamed Smith for the SWF invasion and proceeded to FIRE Chris Smith for RCW entirely. Smith left the ring and Excalibur celebrated with The Mastermind. They were then shocked as The Phoenix continued to show footage. This time it was of Mastermind interfering in matches. The Phoenix then FIRED the Mastermind from Commissionership. Dirk Extreme's opponent then came to the ring.
DIRK EXTREME VS ACE GIGOLO FOR THE INTERNET TITLE
These two are no strangers to each other as Ace has nearly captured the Internet Title on 2 occasions. Tyson Rogers escorted Ace to the ring. The match started as a slug fest until Ace got the upper hand and gave Dirk a belly to back suplex. The match then went to the outside. Dirk regained control and the match would be pretty even for the next 20 minutes. That's right, these two went at it for nearly 20 minutes whilst battering each other with every kind of suplex and hold imaginable. In the end, Ace Gigolo climbed the top rope for a flying body press. Dirk used Ace's momentum against him and rolled him over and grabbed the tights for the win. SWF then stormed the ring and pointed out to Ace that things like that would never happen in the SWF. They offered him an SWF shirt once again and Tyson seemed really excited for Ace. But Ace rejected the SWF's proposal and they accepted his decision and left. Dirk then reentered the ring and held Ace's hand up high. Ace then delivered a Rock Bottom onto Extreme and shouted.."I said I was for RCW, not for you!" Ace then left the ring. A video then played of Randy Allen where he announced he may be leaving Excalibur. Not for the SWF but apparently for reforming the KWO. Excalibur threw a fit and left ringside.
THE FREAKSHOW (FURY & SHIGROTH) VS DA RYDAS (JUGGULATOR & ESCALADE) FOR THE RCW TAGTEAM TITLES
The big question was whether or not The Freakshow would be able to hold onto their belts in a match that was a straight up wrestling match. Josh Hayes and Ed Crowza were both handcuffed to each other to prevent them from interfering. Da Rydas had their usual fanbase behind them as did The Freakshow. For most of the match it looked as if The Freakshow were going to lose their tagteam straps to the former champs. Juggulator punished the champions with ground work while Escalade did his damage with high-flying moves, awesome backbreakers and suplexes. In the end though The Freakshow proved they were more than transitional champions as Fury took advantage of the referee being distracted by all 4 men brawling in the ring. Fury reversed what seemed to be a Samoan Drop in the making into a pin. Granted Fury had a handful of tights but Freakshow once again retained their titles.
TANK RUNYON VS TOMMY CHILL FOR THE RCW/UFE CHAMPIONSHIP
Tank met his biggest challenge yet as he and Tommy Chill locked up in this contest. The crowd was behind Tank more than ever as he battled the big man. It's unusual for Tank to be the smaller of a two in a match but it didn't stop the champion from giving it his all. With no rules, this match went to the outside a few times as Tank tried to find Chill's weak spot. Each man exchanged hard shots not only from fists but from chairs! Tank received a couple chokeslams but fought back kicking a chair into the face of Chill. Natasha, Chill's valet, ran into the ring and gave Tank an X-Factor. Both men were down. DDK and Dirk Extreme ran to ringside. Dirk grabbed the UFE Title and ordered Tommy to pick Tank up and hold him while Dirk whacked his former Excalibur teammate with it. Tank moved out of the way, and Chill received the blow and Tank covered him for the win and quickly escaped with the title. Chill then proceeded to grab Dirk by the throat, until The Mastermind and Dirk made a bargain. They promised that Zero Tolerance would be tagteam champions at the next event. Makes you wonder who has influence around here.
THE MAIN EVENT: MAXX POWER VS TRIK NASTY FOR THE RCW HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE
Both men are so in touch with the other that they anticipate each other's next move. What a great contest this was ladies and gentlemen. Trik Nasty hit Power with everything he had and likewise Power did the same. Trik Nasty hit his swanton and was unable to capitalize. The Mastermind passed something to Maxx and then distracted the referee. Trik had Power wrapped up in a submission from hell that would have made a new champion that night but it wasn't meant to be. It seems Mastermind passed Max Power a handkerchief doused in ETHER. Power got free from Nasty and put him in a version of the Steiner Recliner. Power had the ether hidden in his hands and Trik had no choice but to pass out. Maxx Power retains the title.
